Yageo Reported 2020 March Consolidated Sales of NT$ 4,035 Million
2020/04/07Yageo Corporation announced today its 2020 March consolidated sales of NT$ 4,035 million, up 50.4% m-o-m and up 14.8% y-o-y, respectively. The first quarter sales totaled NT$ 10,020 million, up 0.2% q-o-q but down 12.0% y-o-y.
Monthly revenue in March was significantly higher than previous month, mainly benefited from gradual improvement of the resumption in the Chinese factories and the strong orders from end customers.
Currently the company's operations, orders, and shipments are all in normal status. Yageo always puts safety, health, and government's regulations as top priority and will take necessary steps to gradually recover production capacity in China and improve the issue of low inventory level for finished goods. Yageo will stay vigilant during the challenging period and respond cautiously optimistic to its sales performance and operation outlook.
