2018 Yageo Corporation completes the acquisition of Brightking Holdings Ltd.

Yageo Corporation (TAIEX: 2327 TW) today announced the completion of the acquisition of Brightking Holdings Ltd. BrightKing now is Yageo’s subsidiary and Protective Component PBU.
After being one of Yageo Group members, the contracts and deals between BrightKing and customers or suppliers won’t be affected by this acquisition.
