Yageo announces the tender offer for common shares of Brightking Holdings Ltd.
2018/04/27Yageo Corporation (TAIEX: 2327 TW) today announced the tender offer for common shares of Brightking Holdings Limited (TAIEX: 6422 TW). Expected price of the securities to be acquired is NT$73 per share.
Scheduled period of the tender offer is from May 4, 2018 to June 21, 2018. The tender offer will be effective whenever the minimum number (23,095,592) of shares to be acquired and up to maximum number (46,098,985) of shares to be acquired, which is equivalent to 50.1% to 100% of the total issued common shares of Brightking Holdings Limited.
The total purchase amount is estimated from NT $1.686 billion to 3.365 billion. This tender offer is a consensual agreement between the two parties.
